Mphasis reports 7% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

On standalone basis, the company has reported a fall of 28.56% in its net profit at Rs 155.52 crore for the quarter, as compared to Rs 217.69 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has decreased by 6.10% to Rs 900.51 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 959.04 crore for the quarter ended July 31, 2011.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 7.16% in its net profit at Rs 208.74 crore for the quarter, as compared to Rs 194.80 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 4.86% to Rs 1403.49 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1338.45 crore for the quarter ended July 31, 2011.
