Oracle Financial Services Software has informed that the ESOP Allotment Committee at its meeting held on August 29, 2012 allotted 9,901 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each to the eligible employees of the company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2002 and the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company increased to Rs. 4, 19,970,645 divided into 83,994,129 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each.
