Bajaj Finance has raised funds worth Rs 1,500 crore through allotment of 15,000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh on Private Placement basis. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 18, 2019 has allotted the same.
