Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd.

Tata Motors has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company named ‘Brabo Robotics and Automation’ with effect from July 17, 2019. The company is incorporated to acquire and takeover as a going concern the business of robotics and automation division, previously carried out by TAL Manufacturing Solutions and transferred to Tata Motors with effect from April 30, 2019.

On the business transfer, the incorporated company would undertake business in the area of Factory Automation and Robotics.

Tata Motors is India’s largest automobile company. Through subsidiaries and associate companies, Tata Motors has operations in the UK, South Korea, Thailand, South Africa and Indonesia. Among them is Jaguar Land Rover, the business comprising the two iconic British brands.
