Axis Bank has informed about submission of copy of Postal Ballot Notice dated 20th July 2019 together with the Explanatory Statement thereto, seeking approval of the Members of the Bank through Postal Ballot, including e-voting, for the following Special Resolution: Raising of funds through issue of equity shares/ depository receipts and/or any other instruments or securities representing either equity shares and/or convertible securities linked to equity shares including through Qualified Institutions Placement / American Depository Receipts /Global Depository Receipts or such other permissible mode or combinations thereof. The copy of said Postal Ballot Notice is being uploaded on the website of the Bank www.axisbank.com. The Results of Postal Ballot will be declared not later than 48 hours of conclusion of voting through Postal Ballot and e-voting i.e. on or before Friday, 23rd August 2019.
