Reliance Industries (RIL) has jumped 42 places to become the highest-ranked Indian firm on the Fortune Global 500 list. This year, ranked 106, Reliance Industries has replaced IOC (117) as the top-ranked Indian company on the Global 500 list.

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
