Magellanic Cloud has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company on July 23, 2019 have approved the inclusion of following additional agenda in the 38th AGM: Agenda no. 09 - To declare Dividend of Rs 0.5 (i.e. 5% on face value) per Equity share of face value of Rs 10 each fully paid-up of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. The copy of the Addendum to the 38th AGM Notice is enclosed.
