GoodLuck India has received approval for the Draft Scheme of Amalgamation of Swachh Industries with itself. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 31, 2019 has considered and approved the same. Swachh Industries is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company and upon amalgamation no shares would be issued.

GoodLuck India is an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization, engaged in manufacturing and exporting of a wide range of galvanized sheets & coils, towers, hollow sections, CR coils CRCA and pipes & tubes. It is also specialize in providing Telecommunication Structures, ERW Steel Tubes, ERW Steel Pipes, and Galvanized Black Steel Tubes.
