Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company ‘Adani Tracks Management Services’ on July 31, 2019. The company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary for carrying out business of development, operation and maintenance of Railway Infrastructure & other related activities. The incorporated company is yet to commence its business operations.

APSEZ is part of Adani Group with businesses spanning coal trading, coal mining, oil & gas exploration, ports, multi-modal logistics, power generation & transmission and gas distribution. APSEZ represents a large network of ports with India’s largest Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Mundra.
