Magellanic Cloud has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2019 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended June 30th, 2019; to consider the appointment of Elisha Thatisetty as Independent Director; and any other matter with the permission of the chair. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 by BSE, the Trading Window has been closed from Thursday, 1st July, 2019 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results on 14th August, 2019. During the aforesaid period when the Trading Window is closed, designated persons including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's shares / securities.
