Celestial Biolabs accepts resignation of director cum chairman
Date: 04-09-2012Celestial Biolabs has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on September 03, 2012, has accepted the resignation of Dr. D. C. Sastry as the chairman and director of the company with immediate effect and Dr. A. N. Singh has been appointed as the chairman of the company.
Further, the board reconstituted the audit committee, remuneration committee and the shareholders grievance committee consequent to resignation of Dr. D C Sastry.
