Kennametal India informs resignation of MD
Date: 04-09-2012Kennametal India has informed that Satanoo Medhi, managing director of the company has resigned as managing director as well as director of the company with effect from September 26, 2012.
Further, the board of directors by way of circular resolution passed today, have accepted his resignation and consented to relieve Medhi of his duties and responsibilities vested by the board as managing director, with effect from the close of working hours on Wednesday, September 26, 2012.
