Chartered Logistics approves appointment of auditor
Date: 04-09-2012Chartered Logistics has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on September 03, 2012, approved the appointment of M/s. Vidya & Co. Ahmedabad as statutory auditor of the company in place of existing auditors M/s. Raman M. Jain & Co. subject to the approval of members of the company in ensuing annual general meeting.
Further, the board has not approved the issue of bonus shares and has accepted the resignation of Kishore Kumar Gandhi from the position of executive director of the company with effective from August 27, 2012.
