Titan Company Ltd.

Titan Company has purchased 9.45 lakh equity shares from one of the shareholders of Carat Lane Trading (CaratLane), a subsidiary of the Company, thereby increasing its stake in CaratLane by 2.8%. Pursuant to the above, the shareholding of the Company in CaratLane has increased from 69.5% to 72.3%.

Titan Company is an Indian designer and manufacturer of watches, jewellery, precision engineering components and other accessories including sunglasses, wallets, bags and belts.
