Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with paragraph A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Tata Global Beverages has informed that Vittaldas Leeladhar (DIN: 02630276), Mallika Srinivasan (DIN: 00037022) and Ranjana Kumar (DIN: 02930881) have ceased to be Directors of Company on completion of their respective First terms as Independent Directors at the close of business hours on August 25, 2019. Vittaldas Leeladhar, Mallika Srinivasan and Ranjana Kumar did not seek reappointment for their second terms in the last Annual General Meeting of the Company in view of their respective associations with the Company as Directors nearing 10 years considering their date of first appointments as Directors of the Company.
