Gravity India proposes reappointment of auditors
Date: 06-09-2012Gravity India has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on September 05, 2012, took note of the letter dated August 31, 2012 received from the shareholder withdrawing the special notice for change in the statutory auditors of the company and has proposed the re-appointment of M/s. J. C. Kabra & Associates as statutory auditors of the company from the conclusion of this annual general meeting to the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
