Infosys BPO, the business process outsourcing subsidiary of Infosys, has been conferred with the coveted ‘Golden Peacock HR Excellence Award 2012’ in the BPO category. The award ceremony was hosted by the Institute of Directors (IOD) and was held in New Delhi.

This award is bestowed to the organizations with robust and effective HR and people management practices, catering to the needs and all-round growth of the business, employees, industry and the nation.

The Golden Peacock Awards were instituted in 1992 and are today regarded as the Holy Grail of Corporate Excellence worldwide.
