Real estate developer, Ansal Properties and Infrastructure has reported 13% decline in its sales bookings in the first five months of this fiscal at Rs 1,088.8 crore compared to Rs 1,250.1 crore in the April-August period of last fiscal.
The company has sold 7.32 million square feet area in first five months of this fiscal against 10.43 million square feet in the corresponding period of previous year. But its sales realization improved by 24% to Rs 1,487 per square feet during the review period. Out of total sales bookings, Uttar Pradesh contributed the maximum Rs 800.6 crore, followed by Haryana at Rs 170.9 crore.
