Anant Raj has informed that the company has fixed Monday, September 23, 2019 as the record date for the purpose of AGM and determining entitlement of shareholders for dividend for the financial year 2018-2019, subject to the approval of shareholders at the AGM. The Dividend as recommended by the Board, if declared and approved at the AGM shall be paid to all beneficial owners in respect of shares held in dematerialized form as per the list received from the depositories on September 23, 2019 and to all members whose names appear on the register of members on September 23, 2019.
