Acrysil to give short term loan to its German subsidiary

Acrysil will give short term loan to Acrysil GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the company incorporated in Germany. The board at its meeting held on August 12, 2011 has discussed and passed the said resolution.

Recently, Acrysil was planning to establish a representative office of the company in China. 

Acrysil engages in the manufacture and sale of kitchen sinks in India. It offers granite kitchen sinks and stainless steel kitchen sinks.
