Bartronics India jumps on the local bourses

Bartronics India is currently trading at Rs. 22.80, up by 0.45 points or 2.01% from its previous closing of Rs. 22.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 22.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 23.70 and Rs. 22.55 respectively. So far 61661 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 57.85 on 09-Sep-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 19.00 on 06-Sep-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 23.70 and Rs. 19.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 77.80 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.80% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.47% and 75.73% respectively.

Bartronics India’s largest AIDC technology company has concluded its reorganization .The international operational are now head quartered in Singapore. Subsequent to reorganization the America entity is a subsidiary of Bartronics Asia, and a separate subsidiary called Bartronic global solutions has been established as an off - shore development centre in order to carter to international operations.

The India operations have been reorganized into Bartronic identification solution division and Bartonic Financial Inclusion Division. The Identification Solutions Division include the business of providing Solution using AIDC technologies together with manufacturing of smart cards and the Financial Inclusion division will include all the project that the company has won in financial inclusion space . In addition to this, the company also has made arrangements to have won in Financial Inclusion space.

The strategic decision to reorganize the operation was taken in order to have clearly defined business lines and address the opportunities provide by each of these business units.
