IFM Impex Global appoints additional director

IFM Impex Global has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on August 03, 2012, inter alia, has appointed Rakesh Sidhu as an Additional director of the Company. In terms of Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956, Rakesh Sidhu would hold office up to the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
