In accordance with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR Regulations), Asian Paints has informed that Asian Paints International Private Limited, Singapore (APIPL), wholly owned subsidiary company of the Company, has today, divested its entire stake in Berger Paints Singapore (BPS), wholly owned subsidiary of APIPL to Omega Property Investments, Australia.
