Strides Arcolab allots equity share under ESOP
Date: 10-09-2012Strides Arcolab has informed that the company has allotted 27,250 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10 each on conversion of employee stock options under Strides Arcolab ESOP Scheme. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs. 586,964,710 consisting of 58,696,471 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to Rs. 587,237,210 consisting of 58,723,721 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
