Bajaj Finserv has informed that the Board of Directors of the company will meet on Tuesday, 22 October 2019 at Pune to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ending 30 September 2019 of the financial year 2019-20. The Company will submit the unaudited financial results for the said quarter and half-year, immediately after the Board Meeting on 22 October 2019, that is, within a period of forty-five days from the end of the said quarter. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from 1 October 2019 to 24 October 2019, for the designated persons of the Company.
