Fortune International gets nod for scheme of arrangement

Fortune International has received an approval for scheme of arrangement of the company with Fortune Stones. The company has received an approval at its board meeting held on August 12, 2011.

Fortune International was incorporated with the main object to act as an export house. It exports a wide range of products like pharmaceutical machinery, auto-parts and accessories, computers and peripherals, chemical and allied products, sports goods, tea, coffee, soya bean extractions, etc to countries including USA, Russia and European countries.
