Bank of India informs nomination of director
Date: 11-09-2012Bank of India has informed that in terms of notification dated September 06, 2012, Government of India has nominated P. R. Ravimohan, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Bhopal as Reserve Bank of India nominee director of the bank in place of P. K. Panda with immediate effect and until further orders under Clause (c) of Sub-Section 3 of Section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act. 1970/1980 read with Sub-Clause (1) of Clause 3 of the Nationalized Banks (Management & Miscellaneous Provision) scheme 1970/1980.
