Larsen & Toubro Infotech has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2019, to consider, approve and take on record, the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2019, along with the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors thereon, pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR). Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the record date for ascertaining the names of the shareholders who will be entitled to receive the first interim dividend for FY2019-20, if approved, shall be October 25, 2019.
