Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mastek has informed that the Company has received an intimation dated October 3, 2019 from Keith Bogg, Independent Director of the Company conveying his resignation from the Board with effect from October 15, 2019, due to personal reasons. He has also confirmed that there is no other material reason for the resignation.
