Caplin Point Laboratories accepts resignation of CS
Date: 12-09-2012Caplin Point Laboratories has informed that the board of directors of the company have by means of a resolution passed at the board meeting held on August 14, 2012 accepted the resignation of T. V. Thulsidass, from the position of company secretary as at the close of business hours on September 10, 2012 and appointed R. Sriranjani, a qualified company secretary, to the said position with effect from September 11, 2012.
