Satyam Computer Services allots equity shares under SOP
Date: 12-09-2012Satyam Computer Services has informed that the compensation committee of directors has allotted 42,899 equity shares under stock option plans (ASOP - RSU & ASOP - B) of the company, vide resolution dated September 11, 2012.
Further, the company has informed that, consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has gone up from 1,176,837,667 equity shares of Rs. 2 each aggregating Rs. 2,353,675,334 to 1,176,880,566 equity shares of Rs. 2 each aggregating Rs. 2,353,761,132.
