L&T rises on operationalizing two thermal power units at NTPC's MP, UP plants

Larsen & Toubro is currently trading at Rs. 1430.15, up by 7.50 points or 0.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 1422.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1427.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1445.10 and Rs. 1421.00 respectively. So far 120711 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1606.70 on 28-May-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1183.40 on 23-Oct-2018.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has operationalized two thermal power units of 660 MW each at NTPC’s Khargone plant in Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Tanda project in Uttar Pradesh (UP). The operationalization of these units has enabled NTPC to add 1,320 MW capacity to national grid and also demonstrated the company's capabilities in executing complex power projects.
