Tata Motors’ Passenger Vehicle Business Unit (PVBU) has been ranked the 2nd highest with a score of 870 (above industry average of 826) in the prestigious J.D. Power India Customer Service Index (Mass Market) Study for the year 2019. This is the third consecutive year that Tata Motors has secured this rank.
