Intellect Design Arena has informed that members of stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company vide its circular resolution dated October 17, 2019 has approved allotment of equity shares of 22,300 to 12 associates under the following schemes: allotment of 9,550 equity shares to 7 associates under ASOP 2011, allotment of 10,250 equity shares to 4 associates under ISOP 2015 Scheme and allotment of 2,500 equity shares to 1 associate under ISOP 2016 Scheme respectively on October 21, 2019.
