Tata Motors reports consolidated net loss of Rs 188 crore in Q2FY20

Tata Motors has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2019.

The company has reported a net loss of Rs 1281.97 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 109.14 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 42.76% at Rs 10361.90 crore for Q2FY20 as compared Rs 18102.56 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a net loss of Rs 187.70 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 1009.49 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 9.11% at Rs 66104.51 crore for Q2FY20 as compared Rs 72729.30 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
