Wipro allots equity shares under restricted stock unit plan
Date: 15-09-2012Wipro has informed that the administrative committee of the company's board of directors vide circular resolution dated September 12, 2012 resolved to issue and allot 31132 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under restricted stock unit plan 2004, restricted stock unit plan 2005 and restricted stock unit plan 2007.
