Date: 17-09-2012Grasim Industries has informed that the shareholders' grievance / allotment & transfer committee of the board of directors of the company has on September 15, 2012, allotted 17,685 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of the company to the option grantees upon exercise of stock options under the company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006.
Consequent to the above allotment, the equity share capital of the company stands increased to 91,740,656 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to 917,406,560.
