Adani Enterprises Ltd.

Adani Enterprises has acquired 24,500 (49%) equity shares of Rs 10 each of Adani Power Resources (ARPL) from Adani Power Maharashtra (29%) and Adani Power Rajasthan (20%) on November 08, 2019. ARPL is engaged in carrying out mining of minerals and ores activities and other allied activities in any part of India or elsewhere. 

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
