In terms of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations 2015, Coal India has informed that it has enclosed Unaudited Financial Results of Coal India (Standalone & Consolidated) for the 2nd Quarter and half yearly ended 30th September 2019. These Unaudited financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee on date and have been taken on record by the Board of Directors of Coal India in its meeting held on 11th November 2019 at New Delhi.
