Datamatics Global Services has received approval for amalgamation and vesting of Datamatics Digital (DDL) with itself. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2019 has approved the same. No equity shares to be issued by Datamatics Global Services to the shareholders of DDL as entire share capital of DDL is held by the company itself.
