Bajaj Finance has informed that the Company will not be participating in the Preferential Issue of the Bank. It would also like to inform that the Company has participated in Qualified Institutions Placement of the Bank (the QIP) and have been allotted 42,73,504 equity shares at a price of Rs 351.00 per equity shares aggregating to approximately Rs 150 crore. The overall investment of the Company in the Bank will not exceed Rs 150 crore.
