Tata Global Beverages’ (TGB) brand Tata Tea, has tied up with Indian Formula 1 driver Narain Karthikeyan and the HRT Formula 1 team for the 2012 Singapore and Indian Grand Prix, scheduled from September 21-23 and October 26-28, respectively.

With this association, the company aims to promote Tata Tea brand, with its logos appearing on the HRT Formula 1 team car and on the helmet worn by Narain Karthikeyan. TGB’s association with Narain Karthikeyan and consequently, Formula 1, is expected to give it a platform to connect with a large global viewership to a brand that is second only to the football world cup.
