ITC allots shares under ESOS
Date: 21-09-2012ITC has informed that the company on September 17, 2012 issued and allotted 94,81,340 ordinary shares of Rs. 1 each, upon exercise of 9,48,134 options by optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.
Consequently, with effect from September 17, 2012, the issued and subscribed share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 785,62,94,360 divided into 785,62,94,360 ordinary shares of Rs. 1 each.
