HDFC Life Insurance Company has informed that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board vide its resolution passed on December 17, 2019 has allotted 418,803 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company having distinctive numbers from 2018188030 to 2018606832 pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees. Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 20,186,068,320 consisting of 2,018,606,832 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
