Date: 18-12-2019HDFC Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted today 1439442 equity shares to the employees of the Bank, pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS). The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs 5475587626 equity shares of Re 1 each to Rs 5477027068 equity shares of Re 1 each.
