Date: 19-12-2019Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has won National Safety Award (Mines) for two consecutive years i.e. 2015 and 2016. The awards were bestowed by the Vice-President of India on December 16, 2019 in New Delhi.
ONGC is India’s largest government-run corporation and produces about 70% of India’s crude oil and natural gas. The corporation is the biggest public sector commercial organization in India.
