Subex grants ESOP
Date: 22-09-2012Subex has informed that the ESOP committee of the board of directors of the company has granted 3,300 ESOPs to its employees at a price of Rs. 11.01 per option in accordance with the terms and conditions, including vesting period and exercise period, under the Employee Stock Option Plan-2005 of the company and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.
