Container Corporation Of India Ltd.

Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) company with the name CONCOR Last Mile Logistics on January 06, 2020. The authorised share capital of the company is Rs 100 crore.

The objects of the incorporation are inter-alia to develop goods sheds, operate and manage freight terminals/ goods sheds, develop warehouses, provide first mile- last mile connectivity and other services related thereto.

CONCOR is a Public Sector Undertaking, under Ministry of Indian Railways which was incorporated in March 1988 under the Companies Act, and commenced operation from November 1989 taking over the existing network of 7 ICDs from the Indian Railways.
