Infosys board to consider financial results
Date: 24-09-2012Infosys has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on October 12, 2012, to consider the audited financial results of the company as per Indian GAAP for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2012, the audited consolidated financial results of the company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2012 as per IFRS and the declaration of interim dividend, if any.
