Tata Global Beverages’ subsidiary -- Tata Global Beverages Overseas Holdings has entered into an Agreement for selling 100% of the equity shareholding in Tata Global Beverages Czech Republic a.s., the step-down subsidiary of the Company located in Czech Republic and upon completion of the conditions and formalities as per the said agreement, Tata Global Beverages Czech Republic a.s. would cease to be subsidiary of the Company.
